A. Consultation & OrderingFor custom requests, deadlines, or questions, please discuss with me via chat first.Place your order (IF on the V-gen platform). Please read the service description for your chosen slot type carefully.B. Confirmation & PaymentI will review your order and confirm all details are correct before accepting it.Please proceed with payment through the platform. Work will begin only after payment is confirmed.C. Creation & RevisionsSketch Phase: I will send a rough sketch with color. At this stage, you are entitled to one major revision (e.g., pose, composition) and minor adjustments.Finalization Phase: After you approve the sketch, I will render the final artwork. Once completed, I will send the final image for your review, where you may request up to 3 minor revisions.Delivery: After final approval, I will deliver the completed commission.2. Service Styles
A. Standard Commission
This is my typical workflow, as described above, which includes WIPs and revision rounds.B. "Skeb-Style" Commission (Surprise Me!)
For this service, please note:Full Creative Freedom: I will have full artistic control over the final piece.Client Input: You provide only keywords and a preferred style.Minimal Communication: No WIPs (Work-in-Progress shots) or revisions are offered.The final artwork is delivered as a completed "surprise."3. Payment Policy
All payments can be done via PAYPAL / ko-fiPayments are considered final once processed.4. Revisions Policy
Major Revisions: Changes to composition, pose, etc., must be requested during the sketch phase.Minor Revisions: Adjustments like color tweaks or small details can be made during the finalization phase.Significant changes requested after the sketch is approved may incur an additional fee, depending on the scope of work required.5. Deadlines & Delivery
Delivery time depends on the commission's complexity and my current workload.I will provide an estimated delivery date at the project's start and keep you updated on progress.If you have a specific deadline, please state it upfront. I will do my best to accommodate it, though expedited fees may apply.6. Usage & Licensing
A. Personal Use (Default License)You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.Sharing on social media and for personal branding is allowed with credit.B. Commercial and merchandising Use (Requires Prior approval)Restrictions: The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or similar technologies.Portfolio Use: I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media. unless we have agreed otherwise for an additional privacy fee.7. Intellectual Property
I, the artist, retain all intellectual property rights and copyright to the created artwork.I generally reserve the right to post the finished work on my social media and portfolio.Privacy: If you require the commission to be kept private, you must inform me before work begins. A privacy fee may apply.8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are not available once work has begun.Cancellations requested before work starts may qualify for a partial refund.9. Communication
I encourage clear and open communication throughout our collaboration. Please provide clear references and descriptions. Monetized Content License
For: Content creators and businesses who want to use the asset in commercial and monetized digital content.Permitted User: Individual or Legal Entity (Company)Commercial Use Allowed:Creation and distribution of digital art and products shared on commercial and monetized social media and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee.Creation and re-selling of value-add or derivative digital or physical art products made with the commissioned asset by the Licensee.Distribution of the delivered file ‘as-is’, unless otherwise stated.Attribution (Credit):Required for all public uses, unless otherwise stated.You must not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset.3. Commercial Merchandising License
For: Businesses who want to create, promote, and re-sell their own products made with the commissioned asset.Permitted User: Individual or Legal Entity (Company)Commercial Use Allowed:Creation, re-selling, and distribution of value-add or derivative digital or physical art products made with the commissioned asset by the Licensee.Creation and distribution of digital and physical content to promote the value-add digital or physical art products created by the Licensee.Distribution of the delivered file ‘as-is’ without any value-add activities.Attribution (Credit):Required for all public uses, unless otherwise stated.You must not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset.
