1 . GENERAL WORKFLOW & services types
Omakase / Skeb style :
Full creative control by me. You provide only keywords + style. No WIPs, no revisions. Final artwork delivered as a surprise.
Workflow follow the working of skeb commission or 'surprise me!' service
artists have full creative freedom.
Clients can provide moodboard , keywords, pose, and idea for suggestion.

REFUND / REVISION for completed skeb style commission is not available.
GENERAL WORKFLOW (!for standard custom order!) (non omakase skeb)
Standard Commission – Includes WIPs and revision rounds
1. Consultation. Discuss custom requests, deadlines, or questions via chat before ordering.
2. Place your order on DM/Vgen/form, make sure to read the description for each slot type.
3. I will review your order and confirm if all information is correct before accepting it.
4. Please proceed with payment. Work begins only after payment is confirmed via PayPal or Ko-fi.
5. If payment confirmed then work begin, I'll send you a rough sketch with color. At this stage, you can request one major revision (e.g., changing the pose,composition) and minor revisions within reasonable limits. Once you're satisfied, I'll proceed to the finalization.
6. Work in progress: After sketch approval, I'll render the piece according to the selected slot type.
7. I will send the final look with watermark to you via chat. You may request up to 3 minor revisions at this point.
8. If everything is approved, I'll deliver the completed commission.

Each custom commission will receive 1 major sketch revision
Minor changes can be accommodated during the entire process, but significant changes may result in an additional charge depending on the scope of the adjustment.

2. PAYMENTS
Payments should be made through the platform, and will be considered final once processed.for international order price will be adjusted through Purchasing power parity. Protest about differences in local and international order fee will not be accepted.receive both Paypal and QRIS
To start the commission minimum of 50% DP is required upfront
3. REFUNDS
Refunds are not available once work has started.
Cancellations before work begins may qualify for a partial refund.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.If you initiate a chargeback for any reason:
You immediately forfeit all rights and licenses to the artworkI reserve the right to publicly blacklist you and share your name/username (with evidence) as a warning to other artistsI may dispute the chargeback using our full chat history and these terms as proof of your agreement4 . DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please keep in mind that the delivery time, depend on the complexity of the commission and current workload.
If you have a specific deadline, please mention it at the start, and I will do my best to meet it, but expedited fees may apply.For Omakase / skeb estimated delivery date depends on the type of commission. I will work within my guaranteed time, no updates on stages will be givenFor custom order I will provide an estimated delivery date at the start of the project, and you will be updated as needed.5. USAGE & licensing

Personal Use (Default) – You may share on social media and use for personal branding with credit to me. No commercial use.
Art is for personal use unless discussed otherwise.

Edit : You may make minor modifications, such as resizing or cropping,adding filter, effects, etc to suit your needs.
Credit to my social is not obligatory, but will be very appreciated, thank you❗Monetized license, monetization fee might apply to art used for profit purposes (eg. usage as digital content on patreon/membership stream etc.)
❗Commercial use requires prior approval and may incur additional fees.
(eg. art used for further sale of merchandise)
Commercial fee use license & Usage Rights:
You are granted the right to use the artwork for large scale commercial purposes, including but not limited to printed merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, stickers, pins), digital assets, streams, and promotional materials.
Restrictions: Prohibited Uses (even with commercial license) : AI training, NFTs, blockchain, or similar technologies.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain intellectual property rights for created artwork
Portfolio Use:
I reserve the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
including posting the result (with watermark), livestreaming the drawing process, and making contents from the commissioned pieceLiability Waiver
By commissioning me, you agree that I am not responsible for:
How third parties (including followers, reposters, or platforms) use, steal, or redistribute your commissioned artwork
Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from you sharing the artwork publicly
Any technical issues, account breaches, or platform failures outside my control
You assume full responsibility for protecting your own copy of the artwork and for enforcing your own usage rights against third parties.7. COMMUNICATION
I encourage open communication throughout the commission process.
Please provide clear references and descriptions for the piece you want created.
