Last Updated: June 2026Welcome! These terms outline the process and policies for commissioning artwork. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Process & Workflow
Consultation – Discuss custom requests, deadlines, or questions via chat before ordering.Payment – Work begins only after payment is confirmed via PayPal or Ko-fi.Sketch Phase – You receive a rough sketch with color. You get 1 major revision (pose, composition) + minor adjustments.Final Phase – After sketch approval, I render the final artwork. You then get up to 3 minor revisions before final delivery.Delivery – Final artwork sent upon your approval.2. Service Types
Standard Commission – Includes WIPs and revision rounds as described above."Skeb-Style" (Surprise Me) – Full creative control by me. You provide only keywords + style. No WIPs, no revisions. Final artwork delivered as a surprise.3. Payment

Major changes (pose, composition) = during sketch phase only

Personal Use (Default) – You may share on social media and use for personal branding with credit to me. No commercial use.Monetized & Commercial Use – Requires prior approval and separate fee.Prohibited Uses (even with commercial license) – AI training, NFTs, blockchain, or similar technologies.My Portfolio – I may display your commission in my portfolio and social media. To keep it private, inform me before work begins (privacy fee may apply).7. Intellectual Property
I retain all copyright and IP rights to the artwork. You purchase a license to use the artwork, not ownership.8. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds once work has begun
Cancellations only before work starts: partial refund possible (at my discretion)9. Liability Waiver
By commissioning me, you agree that I am not responsible for:How third parties (including followers, reposters, or platforms) use, steal, or redistribute your commissioned artworkAny damages, losses, or disputes arising from you sharing the artwork publiclyAny technical issues, account breaches, or platform failures outside my controlYou assume full responsibility for protecting your own copy of the artwork and for enforcing your own usage rights against third parties.10. Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.If you initiate a chargeback for any reason:
You immediately forfeit all rights and licenses to the artworkI reserve the right to publicly blacklist you and share your name/username (with evidence) as a warning to other artistsI may dispute the chargeback using our full chat history and these terms as proof of your agreementLegitimate issues? Please contact me directly first. I am reasonable and will work with you to resolve any genuine problem.11. Communication

This document outlines the license terms for an asset commissioned from an artist. The artist remains the licensor and copyright holder. Additional terms may be specified in the artist's Terms of Service or service description.1. Personal License
For: Individual, non-commercial, and non-promotional uses only.Permitted User: IndividualCommercial Use: Not AllowedPermitted Non-Commercial Use:Creation of digital or physical art, prints, and products for personal enjoyment.Creation and distribution of non-commercial digital art and products shared on non-commercial, non-promotional social media and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee.Distribution of the delivered file ‘as-is’, unless otherwise stated.Attribution (Credit):Required for all public uses, unless otherwise stated.You must not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset.2. Monetized Content License
For: Content creators and businesses who want to use the asset in commercial and monetized digital content.Permitted User: Individual or Legal Entity (Company)Commercial Use Allowed:Creation and distribution of digital art and products shared on commercial and monetized social media and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee.Creation and re-selling of value-add or derivative digital or physical art products made with the commissioned asset by the Licensee.Distribution of the delivered file ‘as-is’, unless otherwise stated.Attribution (Credit):Required for all public uses, unless otherwise stated.You must not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset.3. Commercial Merchandising License
For: Businesses who want to create, promote, and re-sell their own products made with the commissioned asset.Permitted User: Individual or Legal Entity (Company)Commercial Use Allowed:Creation, re-selling, and distribution of value-add or derivative digital or physical art products made with the commissioned asset by the Licensee.Creation and distribution of digital and physical content to promote the value-add digital or physical art products created by the Licensee.Distribution of the delivered file ‘as-is’ without any value-add activities.Attribution (Credit):Required for all public uses, unless otherwise stated.You must not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset.
